How do I make money as an agent?
You earn money by providing financial services (withdrawals and deposits), bill payments, airtime or data bundles purchases or charging your customers with your discretion. You can also earn money by referring other agents to FastPay to sign up as an Agent of one of our Partner Acquirer bank (which FastPay represents exclusively).

How do I get a Pos device for the Mobile Money and Agent banking business from FastPay?
To get a Pos device for your agent account, agent needs to fill the FastPay Pos agent request form and upload all Kyc documents required. Start performing transactions using your App; other financial Services including cash-in, funds transfer, airtime top-up, bills payment except Cash-out. We will provide you with a POS system within 2-4 weeks once we can monitor your transaction volume on transfers and other services.

How much is does it cost to register as FastPay Agent?
Registration is absolutely free. However there is a highly subsidized Management processing fee of N3,000 only to enable us take care of huge expenses associated with scanning, photocopying and processing of Agent application forms and documents.

How much does it cost to get a POS (Point of Sales) device?
A Pos device is free of charge. FastPay will never ask you to pay for it. However, you will be required to pay average of N15,000 as joining fee by FastPay Partner Acquiring Bank before the bank allocates and releases devices to agents.

Why do you need my BVN?
FastPay International Limited partners with and represents banks which are financial service providers regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria. For this reason, there is a stipulated KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement that the CBN has mandated financial institutions to collect from their customers after which they can begin to transact certain volumes. Please refer to CBN document for more details. However we will apply for our licenses from CBN in due course.
